My program may not be the ideal fit for those with serious medical conditions or injuries that require specialized support. As we focus on sustainable, holistic health through a steady progression, my approach also isn't designed for those solely seeking very rapid aesthetic transformations using extreme methods.

I avoid overly restrictive dieting or intensive training that could be inappropriate or unsafe for most. My nutrition plans emphasize balance and moderation using whole, minimally processed foods to nourish your overall wellbeing. The training builds at a beginner-friendly pace allowing proper form and technique development.

While I cannot directly treat or diagnose medical conditions, I can work with you and your doctor to adapt my programs for certain needs if appropriate. However, some limitations like mobility restrictions could be better served through alternative training under a specialist. My goal is helping you thrive safely for the long-term.

How long before I see results?

Results will vary based on your starting point and goals, but most clients begin seeing noticeable changes within the first 4-8 weeks of our work together through increased strength, improved energy, better sleep, and more.

However, my program is designed for sustainable lifelong results rather than quick fixes. The most dramatic visual and physical transformations tend to happen between months 3-6 as the healthy habits and consistency start compounding.

But the timeline will be unique for you. Those newer to training may progress faster initially as your body adapts. We’ll likely see mental/emotional changes like increased motivation very quickly. Visual changes like muscle definition or fat loss take more time.

Why no transformation pics?

I believe sustainable health and fitness is so much more than physical appearance. True wellbeing encompasses the whole self - mind, body and spirit. My coaching focuses on unlocking each client's full potential by building healthy habits for life, not just achieving a temporary look.

Results will vary based on each individual's unique needs and goals. For some clients, the greatest transformations are within - like boosting mental strength, self-confidence, discipline or mindfulness.

Although many see outer changes as well, improving physical aesthetics is not the sole representation of progress. Showcasing idealized images can also promote unrealistic expectations.

My commitment is to serve each client with integrity, never making appearances the primary motivation. We go much deeper than the surface. The lasting changes that matter most take place over years, not weeks or months.

While visual transformations can be motivating for some, they represent just a glimpse in time. I prefer to let client testimonials speak to the breadth, depth and sustainability of the lifestyle changes we work on together.

How quickly will you get back to me?

Providing timely, responsive communication is one of my top priorities as a coach. I aim to get back to all client messages within 24 hours on weekdays. If a question or concern is especially urgent, please indicate that in your message so I can respond more swiftly if I'm available.

For less time-sensitive matters, know that I am dedicating certain blocks of time each day solely to responding to client communication. If I sign up today, when will the program start?

If you sign up today after the initial consultation, you will be onboarded this Saturday and gain access to our online coaching platform.

Upon getting platform access on Saturday, you will fill out our new client questionnaire that allows us to learn about your goals, background, needs, etc.

After completing the questionnaire, you can schedule your 45-minute Game Plan call for next week, Monday onwards.

During the Game Plan call, we will delve deeper into tailoring a program based on your questionnaire responses and any additional discussion.

Within 1-2 business days after the call, your fully customized fitness and nutrition program will be complete and loaded into the platform.

This means if you sign up today, you could begin your program as soon as early next week, depending on when we can schedule the essential Game Plan strategy session.

We will have multiple regular communication touchpoints:

I'm a beginner, will this be suitable for me?

I totally understand if you're feeling unsure about starting as a beginner! But I promise, I've got you covered. My entire approach is tailored to your current experience level.

When we have our game plan session session, we'll get to know your background and I'll design everything about the program with where you are now in mind. The workouts, nutrition plan, and education are all customized to help you progress smoothly from day one.

I'll be with you each step, providing accountability, motivation and expert guidance appropriate for your level. No guesswork needed - just consistent, enjoyable progress achieved safely through our tailored training. Experience rapid progress in mastering proper technique and form through my exercise demo videos, instructions, and personalized feedback.

Will I need a gym membership?

A gym membership is not required to participate in my coaching program. When creating your customized fitness plan, I take into account the exercise equipment and resources you have available and tailor the workouts accordingly.

If your goals involve building significant muscle mass and you have little to no equipment, I may suggest looking into acquiring some basic items like adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands, or a workout bench. This allows sufficient stimulus for progressive strength training.

However, those focused more on general fitness, mobility, nutrition, etc. can absolutely achieve excellent results with just bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment. I can craft effective home-based plans leveraging items like chairs, towels, backpacks, and even basic household objects when needed.

The key is that I customize your program around your unique goals and resources. Guidance and accountability make the real difference, not a gym. But some goals do benefit from having select equipment. Let's discuss your needs and I'll make sure you have everything required to succeed!

Do I need to live in the United Kingdom?

You do not need to live in the United Kingdom or anywhere near me to participate in my 1-1 online coaching program. One of the best aspects of remote training is we can work together regardless of geography. However, if you're looking for a personal 1-1 training experience, I invite you to join my 1-1 hybrid coaching in Glasgow. You'll need access to the Gym Group Glasgow South branch.

Around half my clients are local to me in the UK. However, the other half are located all over the world - Europe, North America, Asia, Australia and more.

Thanks to technology, we can connect for virtual check-ins, communicate via my online platform, and I can design custom programs tailored to you. Timezones are no barrier!

You'll receive the same personalized guidance, accountability and expertise from me through online training. All you need is an internet connection and any required equipment.

How will you track my workouts?

Tracking your workouts is seamless with access to my HarrysFMS app. You can log every detail - sets, reps, weight used, distances, times etc.

The app syncs your workout data instantly so I can review your progress remotely. As your coach, I carefully analyze the metrics and provide feedback based on what the data shows.

This allows us to have clear visibility into your training performance. We can spot trends, adjust programs based on progress, and ensure you stay on the optimal path to hitting your goals.

Having meticulous workout records enables me to keep your training targeted and effective. The app makes tracking intuitive from any device so you can focus on the workout while all the data is logged for me to assess.

What if I travel frequently?

No problem, many of my clients travel frequently for work or personal reasons and online coaching is ideal for fitting fitness into a busy, on-the-go lifestyle.

I’m happy to adjust your training and nutrition plan to accommodate trips and changes in schedule or environment. For example, adapting workout days/times, providing exercise substitutions based on equipment availability, and offering dining tips for the location.

We can treat travel periods as mini ā€œphasesā€ with slightly modified programs to help you stay on track. With my remote support, you’ll take your plan along regardless of where you are.

Consistency and adaptation are key—we can reduce volume if needed to prevent burning out. The priority is maintaining healthy habits versus perfection. I’ll keep you accountable while making achievable tweaks.

You’ll also have me as a resource for finding gyms or workout spaces in the area. Just provide me your travel itinerary and we’ll make it work! Frequent travel doesn’t need to impede your progress.

Is the plan truly customised?

Absolutely! Each client receives a 100% customized training, nutrition, sleep, stress and recovery plan tailored exactly to you. I do not offer any one-size-fits-all or cookie-cutter programs.

Everyone is unique, so your plan is built just for you after thoroughly understanding your needs and goals during the onboarding process:
  • Complete a lifestyle questionnaire so I can learn about your background, experience, challenges etc.
  • Have a dedicated 45-minute call to delve into your goals and needs and build an effective strategy.
  • I take time after our call to thoughtfully design the personalized plan based on our session.
